Welcome to our wedding website, we can’t wait to celebrate with you all! Here you’ll find all the information you need for our wedding day, additional events organised over the weekend, plus a small travel guide of our own local recommendations.
First and foremost, we are incredibly grateful for everyone making the effort to travel to Wales and celebrate with us.
Are children invited?
Absolutely, children are welcome but we also understand if you'd like to take the day off! If you intend to bring children, please let us know numbers and ages via the RSVP form. Children food will be provided at the wedding breakfast.
Please be aware the wedding takes place within the ruins of a castle and, as a result, has areas of uneven footing, high walls, and steep drops which will not be fenced off.
Will I need my passport to enter the UK?
Yes, a passport will be required to enter the UK from the EU.
Where do I submit my dietary requirements?
Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements via the RSVP form. This information cannot be updated on the day do let us know in good time if there is anything we should pass on to our caterers.
What should I wear?
Go with what feels right for you! Yes, many will don suits and dresses. A large part of the day will be taking place on grass so please bear that in mind when considering wearing heels. While we hope for sunshine, the temperature will drop in the evening, so we recommend bringing a jacket - and prepare for the wild Welsh weather.
How do I get to the venue?
The wedding and reception takes place at Usk Castle, situated in the centre of the town. For those staying in Usk, the venue is a 5–10 minute walk from the hotels.
For those staying outside of Usk, we recommend driving or ordering a taxi. Drivers can park in the castle car park, free of charge. If you intend to take a taxi to and from the venue, we recommend organising this in advance in order to avoid a last-minute rush!
Do I need to bring a wedding gift?
The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept cash contributions.

What language will the ceremony be in?
Due to Britains shocking reputation of learning other languages, the ceremony will take place in English.
